Latin America's Most Ambitious Leisure Destination

In the heart of the Riviera Maya – just 8 kilometres from Cancún International Airport – the largest leisure project in Latin America is taking shape: the Puerto Fantasía Theme Park Resort. Spanning more than 800,000 m², it merges a visionary theme park with world-class hotels, immersive attractions, water fun, film production, residential areas and event venues to create a truly unique resort experience.

Total investment for Phase I: over USD 1.05 billion. Projected annual visitors: up to 6 million. Jobs created: over 5,500 — with a planned 55% female workforce. Opening: phased from 2026.

The largest and most significant stage. Delivers the core of the entire resort — including all theme park, hotel, water and film areas, as well as critical infrastructure.

Six Themed Lands

At the heart of the resort lies the Puerto Fantasía Theme Park. Designed to attract up to 6 million annual visits, it is the flagship attraction. In its first year, we expect around 750,000 visitors across six immersive lands. Each land has its own dragon guardian embodying the spirit and culture of its region.

A luminous guardian of light and memory — Aurelya brings warmth, wisdom, and enchantment to every corner of Puerto Fantasía. She appears where wonder is needed most.

Malvirex

Ancient, mysterious, and full of riddles — Malvirex is the keeper of forgotten stories. He challenges guests to look deeper, think bolder, and discover magic in the unexpected.
